• To receive assistance, please join the Discord server, then visit the #support-ticket channel.

General Terms

• Magma doesn’t offer refunds for any purchases unless a request is made and is accepted by the seller, at anytime the seller holds the right to decline the refund request without cause or reason.

• Magma doesn’t guarantee that the product will work for your PC, they do 99% of the time, however your PC might somehow be incompatible.

• Magma will only provide you support if you provide your invoice ID to verify your purchase.

• Magma is not responsible for anything you might or will do with these softwares and is not responsible for any punishments you will receive due to your own doing.

• Magma does not guarantee that you will not get banned for using some of these softwares. If you're smart, you won't.

• Magma does not allow customers to chargeback under any circumstances, if you do, there will be legal consequences.

• Magma does not allow customers to share their subscription, any attempt to bypass our HWID lock system will result in a subscription ban.

Other

• I as a customer am purchasing a virtual/digital item. I understand that this virtual/digital item cannot be returned.

• I as a customer will not send any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase, transaction, dispute, claim or related action.

• If I as a customer have any concerns, I will contact the merchant (Magma) and allow a reasonable amount of time for the merchant to address my concerns before leaving a negative review or taking any other action.
